Creation of new facilities for use by workers with children.

November 2018 to March 2019: Construction and installation, including necessary public notice.
May 2019: Start of service.

Goal 2.
Promotion of knowledge about regulations based on childcare and caregiving leave.

April 2018: Dissemination at all factories: Information during break time, and posting at break rooms, cafeterias, and offices.

 

II.Supporting the growth and education of the new generations through opportunities for job experience for young people.

2.Details:

Goal 1.
Provide internship opportunities to young people.

III. Creating an organization which promotes the success and active participation of female employees.

1.Plan Period:

From April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020.

2.Details:

Goal 1
Active publicity aimed towards job-seekers to promote image of a workplace that allows women to flourish.
Goal 2
Implementation of a system to facilitate movement from clerical work to promotion-track positions.
Goal 3
Implementation of re-hiring for employees who leave for reasons such as childcare, caregiving, or spouse transfers.
